Devil in the Details

There's nothing quite like seeing the energy you can feel through the music. And that's why you put together a live music video, so that people know you go buck-wild when you perform. Another great thing is when the video is done well, not just a bunch of clips put together to your music just for the sake of doing it.

The band Devil in the Details from Omaha, Nebraska (confirmation there is something in Nebraska worth seeing) knows how to put some energy out there, do they ever stop? Its great when a band comes together and actually tries to do things well.

Other than describing this as energetic, its metal-driven punk sound is killer, and I actually enjoy their use of clean vocals, I usually just tolerate most bands.

together PANGEA

I was scrolling through my Facebook one day, and the regional weekly news had posted about this band that was coming to town called together PANGEA. And I thought to myself, "that's a weird name, I'll check it out." and I watched the music video for "Snakedog" and found myself bobbing along to it, until the first guitar solo came in and I was hooked INSTANTLY.

Formed in 2005, the LA band has released their third full-length album titled Badillac and Jesus "Crab Fishing" Christ is it a good album.

They tour and play shows like goddamn machines, and its probably only a matter of time until they release another album (fuck)

But they just released the music video for the title track "Badillac"

You just know they were obliterated the whole time, and that's perfectly fine with me just keep on doing stuff like this.

Fake Messiah

I was expecting this to be one of those metal bands that has a female vocalist and they try to be Arch Enemy or something and add all of the clean singing and still be metal.

I did not get what I was expecting, this girl can scream, growl, and she can do it damn well. The band is called Fake Messiah, they are from Switzerland, and they are releasing new material and a new album very soon.

The song is pretty good, I am just blown away at how good this vocalist sounds, I recommend listening to this when you have a moment (or two)
